With our design/build approach, we take full responsibility for both the design and delivery of the solution, resulting in one point of contact. For each set of services, we present recommendations to help your decision-making throughout a project. And during every phase of the project, we are guided by the “Five Ds” of the AVDOXA customer experience for project delivery.

The uniqueness of the “Five Ds” is its simplicity and ease in defining each project phase for our team and strategic partners. The expected deliverables are also clearly defined so that all bases are covered and surprises are limited.

Successful projects begin by understanding organizational health, demographics and financial feasibility.

Determine your options with a thorough site assessment.

Expert system installation and commissioning.

We provide excellent production team training!

A thorough site assessment is the first step. You know your production systems need improvement, but you may not know where to start or what options exist for you in your budget range. Through our “Discover” step, AVDOXA will conduct a site assessment that provides professional advice regarding your production needs. The consultative assessment brings experts directly on-site and delivers to you a formal recommendations report based on your actual equipment, your team’s level of knowledge and your future media goals. Sometimes we only recommend more training and a few infrastructure upgrades — not necessarily a completely new system. The site assessment can be a wise investment that has proven to reduce cost time and time again.

What is your vision and mission? You may or may not know what you’d like to accomplish in your production/media department and want help getting there! This second step assembles a strategic technology vision and growth plan that allows you to implement a production system in stages. Most of our church clients use technology planning to kick off a capital campaign. The cost is moderate and ultimately conserves resources with a plan tailored to your specific needs. We will deliver recommendations for systems, functional drawings, budget and a project plan that shows timeline and when you can expect to have your first service with your new resources.

Your production goals demand a high-quality end result to your system upgrade. You need a partner who will listen to your functional needs and design a system that is budget sensitive, low maintenance and simple to use. This service is for the client who needs a production media system designed and engineered right the first time. We provide building-specific requirements and drawings that are necessary if your system project is part of a construction remodel or new building project. After you prioritize and approve the system and its functionality, we create full system schematic CAD drawings, rack elevations, detailed installation specs and a plan for training your media team.

A professional system design needs a professional installation. The same engineers who design our production systems work in the installation phase; this guarantees our clients receive the best quality end results. Once the equipment and wiring are in place, we configure and fully test every aspect of the production system to assure its maximum level of performance. Part of the installation package includes as-built drawings, a full set of technical documentation and test results.

We will train your team. We spend hundreds of hours every year training production personnel at regional, national and international conferences. If your staff and volunteer teams want to understand how to use their systems more effectively, let us perform on-site training at your facility with your equipment. You will see improvement in production team morale and effectiveness after the training experience.
